I love to solve puzzles. I have always enjoyed the challenge of finding answers to all types of mathematical puzzles and diversions, logic problems, mazes, crosswords, mechanical puzzles, etc. I gain great satisfaction when I can find the solution to a problem that on the surface might seem impossible given the set of facts I have to work with. I get the same sense of satisfaction finding solutions to our clients’ accounting and tax “problems.” I am closely involved with the firm’s quality control policies and the adherence to professional standards applicable to our financial statement reporting engagements. I also assist with the more difficult tax issues relating to the firm’s closely held business clients, estates and trusts. Searching for the proper solutions and solving our clients’ problems are what I love to do and I enjoy meeting the new challenges that each day brings.
