I am the front desk receptionist.  I most likely will be the one who answers the phone when you call.  I can assist you with setting or changing an appointment with any of our staff and will give you directions to our office.  I also will be the one to greet you when you come in the door and offer you a cup of coffee or bottled water. You are important to us, and I want to do everything possible to convey that message.  I am willing to stay late in order for you to pick up a tax return or package, can send Fed-Ex mail on your behalf, and will review your tax filing instructions with you.  Please let me know if there are additional ways in which I can help you.

In addition, my responsibilities include administrative tasks for Johnson, Harris & Goff, such as posting the time, handling the incoming and outgoing mail, manage the accounts payable, and ordering supplies. 

One of my most enjoyable tasks is to keep the candy dish at the front desk replenished!
